Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship only within the United States and Canada.

• Standard Shipping: $6.99 USD flat rate
• FREE Standard Shipping on orders $35 or more
• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days

Tracking Your Order

• You’ll receive a tracking link once your order ships.
• Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates after shipment.

Delays & Issues

• While we work with reliable carriers, unexpected delays (weather, customs, holidays) may occur.
• If your order is delayed or missing, please contact us at kevin@celino.co.kr with your order number.

Shipping Limitations

• Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. International shipping to other destinations is not available at this time.
